My background as a physiotherapist has enriched my understanding of wellness, allowing me to bring a unique perspective to the beauty industry. Brooke is a Beauty veteran with more than 20 years’ experience in the Beauty and Wellness Industry, with a strong understanding of both the Middle Eastern and Asian Beauty landscape and trade channels. 

Over the past 20 years, Brooke has worked with some of the globes most most-renowned Beauty Conglomerates in Distribution, Commercial Operations, Business and Spa Development and Retail and Spa Education throughout Australasia, the Middle East and the Indian Ocean.

Brooke has also worked with various reputable Beauty and Makeup Academies, heading up the Curriculum and Pedagogy Department, where she was responsible for the overall creation, direction and implementation of local projects and course material, including the creation of all new beauty therapy and makeup artistry course content, in line with global protocols from CIBTAC, BABTAC, ITEC and CIDESCO qualifications.

Brooke also holds degrees in Medical Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy and Makeup Artistry from some of Australia’s most renowned Academies.

Brooke is a well-known Key Opinion Leader and has been a speaker and awards judge at various Global Beauty Exhibitions and Trade Shows including Cosmoprof Worldwide, INNOCOS Beauty and Wellness Innovation Summit in Singapore and BeautyWorld Middle East in both Dubai and Riyadh. Brooke is continually featured in various magazines discussing her expertise in the Beauty Industry.

Claudia Campani brings a wealth of knowledge to the world of beauty, with over 20 years experience in colour cosmetics development and packaging sourcing. Her career blossomed at Kiko Milano in Italy, before moving to sunny Australia. She currently lends her expertise to Mecca, one of the most prominent beauty retailers. Claudia is deeply passionate about creating beauty products that people love all over the world.

Ms. Dao Thuy Dung or Sammi Dao, is recognized as the Chairwoman of TDGroup, a Group that owns Thuy Dung International Cosmetics JSC (TDIC) and Sammishop Retail Co., Ltd. TDIC is currently the largest domestic distributor of cosmetics in the Vietnamese market, holding exclusive distribution rights for more than 30 cosmetic brands from South Korea, France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Turkey. TDIC has also been a close partner of Cosmoprof Asia for many years. Twincare International represents some of the world's top hair and skin products, including Moroccanoil, Paul Mitchell, OLAPLEX, Kevin Murphy, Biosense, Guinot, MATIS, Joico, REF, Its a 10, BaByliss and many more. Stav has been in the industry for over 30 years and is passionate about the professional industry and has been responsible to grow some of these top brands in South Africa. Stav has been invited to do talks on the success of the Twincare model around the world, including France, Australia, Russia, UK, and the USA.

Currently serving as the Editor-in-Chief of Nylon China, with over 14 years of experience in the media industry. Prior to this role, served as Editor-in-Chief of the Beauty Division at HUASHENG MEDIA, the media group behind Nylon. Began a career as a beauty editor and has remained deeply involved in the beauty industry, gaining first-hand insights into the latest trends. Expertise ranges from clean beauty to post-cosmetic surgery products for sensitive skin, complemented by a background in nutrition and a passion for exploring cutting-edge skincare research and new discoveries. Skilled in expanding the influence of beauty brands through content collaborations and, in recent years, has leveraged user-generated content (UGC) to create synergy between KOLs, media, and brands.

Amanda Lim is a multimedia journalist specialising on the beauty and personal care market in APAC. Since 2018, she has helmed CosmeticsDesign-Asia as its editor, producing in-depth features, video news, and podcasts, all while driving the editorial and brand development of the title.

Captivated by the beauty and elegance of the Kuwait culture during a visit in 1991, I got inspired to launch a business supplying premium wellness and beauty products to salons in this GCC market. Starting humbly and taking on multiple roles, today, District General Trading Company and its subsidiaries employ over 260 people, serve more than 300,000 clients, and represent over 150 international brands in cosmetics, perfumes, and wellness. This is just the beginning, with more growth and success to come.

Formerly, as Brand & Marketing VP in a start-up firm and created a popular body care category. Also worked in BEAUTYPLUS,  PECHION as Branding, Marketing roles. For the two nation-wide businesses, effectively upgraded their brands with integrated marketing strategies.

Janne-Marii Nurm is a Cosmetic Scientist and award-winning Product Development expert with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. She has worked across product categories for both indie and international brands, developing everything from product formulation, packaging, and strategy. Beauty and learning are her passions in life and inspire her every day to think outside of the box and push boundaries.

As Global Partnerships Director, Fernanda leads BEAUTYSTREAMS’ partnerships and brand collaborations with key organizations worldwide. She works closely with regional teams on both strategic and operational levels. Fernanda has over 17 years of experience as a correspondent and editor for international digital media. She was previously the Latin America Trend Director at Stylesight. Her diverse background allows her to lead international projects and build strong collaborations with leading trade shows, beauty associations, and global consumer and trade press.
Fernanda has been directing co-marketing projects with Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, ASEAN, North America, Asia, and India for more than 7 years, initiating iconic projects. She is also a jury member for international Contests, and a frequent lecturer at beauty events around the world.

Noah Rosenblatt is President of The PCA Companies newest acquisition BEAUTYSPACE (formerly SpaceNK Wholesale). He joined the company back in 2015, bringing more than eight years of beauty experience with prior roles at LVMH along with 20 years of retail industry experience working with numerous emerging brands looking to expand their footprint in the US.
  
Under Noah’s leadership he has been instrumental in developing strategies to increase brand awareness, expansion, deepen customer relationships and evolve the brands in-store and digital experience which now exceeds more than 600 branded BEAUTYSPACE points of distribution.  This forward-thinking retail experience connects retailers and brands to consumers where and how they chose to shop across both the luxury and prestige markets.

From long term partners to newer developed relationships, Noah has both maintained and grown the business in luxury and prestige with nearly 60 brands being part of the BEAUTYSPACE wholesale portfolio including Oribe, Dry Bar, Chantecaille, Natura Bisse, Vintners Daughter and Aesop.
 

Michelle Ruzzene is the editor of Retail Beauty, Australia’s leading B2B beauty magazine, delivering authoritative and independent coverage to professionals in the beauty retail sector. With nearly 20 years of media experience, Michelle began her career in news, working for Port Macquarie News, Fairfax Digital, NineMSN, and Yahoo7. She later transitioned into beauty journalism, serving as Beauty Editor for INSTYLE and Professional Beauty, where she developed expertise in skincare, haircare, makeup, devices, and industry innovations. As a mother of two, Michelle artfully balances her professional career with family life, providing fresh, insightful perspectives on industry news, trends, and product launches.

Mr. Ng Wee Tiong (Ken) is the Group Director - Head of Physical Supply at Do Day Dream PLC, and a distinguished expert in product management within the beauty industry. Specializing in product development, merchandising, and supply chain management, he has over 20 years of experience driving innovations from concept to market, streamlining processes that unite creativity with operational efficiency.

Ken’s expertise in both creative development and execution has made him a trusted voice in the industry. As a judge for prestigious beauty fairs, he brings a unique perspective, blending market insight with a passion for upholding beauty excellence
