Zohra Bozec is the founder and CEO of K Beauty Cosmetics, a pioneer of Korean beauty in France. She opened the first Korean cosmetics boutique in France, followed by the country’s first Korean institute, first for facial care and then for hair and scalp care, supported by her own hairdressing qualification. She sources directly from Korean brands and is committed to traceability and regulatory compliance, which gives her a hands-on view of what makes a product succeed in the European market. Her goal is to bridge South Korean innovation and beauty professionals, from salons and institutes to clinics and aesthetic doctors.

Judith Fiedler brings over 20 years of leadership experience at the intersection of formulation, packaging and regulation, helping brands turn regulatory complexity into innovation and competitive advantage. She is the Founder and Managing Director of oneRD GmbH, a Swiss-based consultancy delivering end-to end support from concept to compliant, market-ready products. 

Previously, she spent more than a decade as Global Head of Product Development at La Prairie, shaping some of the most advanced skincare innovations in the luxury segment Through oneRD, Judith supports beauty and personal care brands in navigating evolving frameworks such as PPWR, Omnibus and global regulatory requirements, while accelerating development, strengthening sustainability strategies and enabling differentiation on shelf. Her approach bridges R&D, regulatory, packaging and supply chain execution, ensuring compliance becomes a driver, not a barrier, to innovation. Her work today combines strategic foresight with hands-on execution translating regulation into real-world solutions.

As owner and CEO of SkinCare.pl , an importer and distributor of Korean cosmetics, I combine an analytical approach to management with the ability to identify new market opportunities, optimise processes and build sustainable organisations through the consistent execution of long-term strategies. I hold a master’s degree in Management from the Warsaw School of Economics and completed an international exchange semester at the National University of Singapore (MBA programme). Outside business, I am a keen sportsmen with a multidisciplinary approach (competitive sailing achievements, football, squash and running).

I am a medical doctor and beauty strategist whose work connects clinical science, product innovation and commercial brand building. I hold a Medical Degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and a Master of Public Health from Harvard, with Postgraduate qualifications in both Surgery and General Practice. During my ten years in Hospital Medicine and General Practice, I gained extensive experience assessing and managing a host of conditions, including common dermatological conditions. This grounding in skin health, alongside clinical research, evidence appraisal and quality improvement, informs my approach to evaluating skincare ingredients, product safety, efficacy claims and scientific credibility. As founder of Kashi Digital Beauty, I support the sourcing, launch and growth of modern beauty brands across the Middle East, North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. My product development focus includes translating consumer needs into product briefs, reviewing ingredients and claims, and guiding hero-product selection, positioning and manufacturer partnerships.Working closely with SuperCosmetics and wider beauty retail in Kenya, I can combine medical knowledge with practical insight into consumer needs and market readiness. With over 20 years of experience in global product development and marketing in 3-axis category, Katsura Kozu has strong expertise in creating a true innovation from scratch and bring it to the market. Starting from consumer and market research, concept and story creation, formula and package development, campaign planning and execution – all can be possible by her passionate character, collaboration skills and professionalism. The most recent accomplishment is SHISEIDO RevitalEssence Skin Glow Foundation, where she took the lead of the project as PD, seeing huge success especially in Japan and APAC, with 75 awards worldwide since its launch. 
Katsura also has experience working in Paris for Parfum Issey Miyake, and in New York for SHISEIDO makeup revamp which has enriched her vision and creativity. 
Currently as Global Product Development Director of SHISEIDO, the biggest brand in the company, she plays more strategic role by overseeing entire brand from product point of view, and leads the brand mid-and long-term strategy planning, portfolio management and operations in addition to lead PD of makeup category.

She began her career in London at Ciaté London, before moving on to Yves Rocher and then Lagardère the travel retail - dutyfrees. She later joined Printemps, the iconic Parisian department store, as Beauty Buyer for fragrance brands, and went on to become Product Manager & Beauty Buyer, overseeing the Beautysta category, make-up, institutional brands, Nouvelle Parfumerie and Grooming, and contributing to the store’s innovative “longevity” beauty concept.
Today, drawing on this dual brand–retailer perspective, Nadia supports beauty and fragrance brands in developing their business, from commercial strategy and retail partnerships to international market entry.
 

Stella Ndekile is a Nigerian cosmetic scientist, medical aesthetician, and Founder and CEO of Nuban Beauty and Nuban Cares. With a background in medical laboratory science, she combines scientific knowledge, hands-on aesthetic practice, and beauty entrepreneurship to guide product development and address the needs of melanin-rich skin.
