Water soluble active ingredients was incorporated in the water-in-oil emulsion lipstick up to 10%. Hydrophilic color pigments are emulsified in the inner water phase and hydrophobic color pigments are emulsified in the outer oil phase. This enables the inner color to be unseen on the lipstick surface, and the inner color is released after application. Excellent stability testing is achieved by a specific combination of Polyglyceryl-2 Diisostearate and Polyglyceryl-2 Triisostearate in the emulsification with dropping point reaching 60 degrees Celsius. No requirement of ultra-sonification for defoaming during filling process.
