In a range of shades from light to deep, the Touch-Up Sunscreen Foundation Stick SPF 50+ PA++++ is formulated so it can be applied without disturbing make-up in hot, humid climates. Converting a water-in-oil emulsion into a stick form, the stick is composed of an internal aqueous phase of more than 8%, which is locked in by a silica and microcrystalline wax dual network that prevents phase separation and sweating at 45 °C. This patented combination improves SPF efficiency per unit of filter, allowing for SPF 50+ with a lower filter load than a conventional matrix. In terms of its filters, the stick offers ZnO , TiO₂, BEMT, DHHB, MBBT, octisalate, and EHT, dispersed with polyhydroxystearic acid and formulated without oxybenzone, octinoxate, octocrylene, and 4-MBC. The formula excludes the UV filters restricted under Hawaii state law’s Act 104, in Thailand's marine national parks, and in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Bonaire.

Research, Clinical Tests & Trials Results (Safety & Dermatological)

• In vivo sun protection (ISO 24444 and ISO 24442): SPF 63.2 ± 3.5 (labelled SPF 50+); UVA-PF 18.7 ± 2.1 → PA++++. • Stick stability (n = 3 finished-product batches; 45 °C accelerated ageing for 12 weeks): no phase separation, no sweating, and hardness remained within specification. • Ingredient-level marine safety: the formula excludes the UV filters restricted under Hawaii state law (Act 104), in Thailand's marine national parks, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Bonaire.
