MONO PRESS is a new airless cream jar boasting patented technology that works without metal springs, while keeping the formula clean and protected. It takes its name from the concept that it’s made in a single material, and acts with one press. Within the jar, a rising piston moves upward as the product is used, helping to protect the formula and dispense it smoothly, while the amount of product is controlled by how much the user presses. The piston mechanism uses the formula efficiently until the end, while users simply press the top to dispense the cream, without having to dip their fingers into the product. The packaging’s all-PP structure – with no metal spring or metal parts – makes recycling easier. Additionally, post-consumer recycled PP can be used as a sustainable material option, as can eco-friendly printing inks and recyclable, sustainable label materials.

Research, Clinical Tests & Trials Results (Safety & Dermatological)

Target: 20 finished MONO PRESS samples evaluated for packaging integrity, durability, and dispensing performance. ★100% passed the pressure reduction test at 450 mmHg for 5 minute. All 20 samples showed no leakage or functional abnormalities and maintained normal piston performance. ★100% passed the drop test after three drops from a height of 3 meter. All 20 samples showed no leakage or functional failure, and the airless dispensing system continued to operate normally after impact. ★100% passed the temperature stability test at 40°C-45°C for 1 month. All 20 samples maintained package integrity and normal dispensing performance, with no leakage, deformation, or functional abnormalities observed.
