Research, Clinical Tests & Trials Results (Safety & Dermatological)
ASCEplus EXOPORIN-I Clinical Trial (PNK-26629-M1R1, 2026) — 33 adult women aged 20–59, 2-week randomized split-face study: ASCEplus Calming Ampoule Pro + EXOPORIN-I significantly outperformed ampoule alone across all measured skin indicators. After 2 weeks, the combination achieved 3.018× greater improvement in skin texture, 3.112× in pore count, and 2.744× in skin moisture density versus ampoule alone. Improvements were also confirmed in pore depth and area, skin tone, elasticity, density, radiance and facial contour. ASCEplus EXOPORIN-I Clinical Trial (PNK-26629-M1R1, 2026) — Immediate results after a single application: Compared with ampoule alone, EXOPORIN-I + ampoule delivered 1.626× greater improvement in deep skin moisture, 1.308× in skin radiance, and 1.312× in skin moisture density. Facial tightening indicators showed approximately 1.85–2.28× greater improvement, demonstrating immediate hydration, radiance and tightening benefits. “Arc-Poration Improves Transdermal Delivery of Biomolecules,” Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology (2024) — 4-week clinical study, 21 Korean women aged 20–60: Published research demonstrated that Arc Poration creates approximately 100 μm micropores specifically within the stratum corneum without reaching the viable epidermis, increasing skin permeability. Clinical evaluation showed significant improvements in gloss, hydration, flakiness, texture, tone, tone evenness and pigmentation, without abnormal skin responses.

How to use it
1. Radiance Mode: After cleansing, use on completely dry skin for approximately 5 minutes, 2–3 times weekly, with 1–2 day intervals.
