A blind consumer-use test was conducted with 27 female participants (ages 18 to 55+, 74% with oily or combination skin). Participants evaluated Crystalline Cushy Melting Wax-to-Powder based on actual product experience across five performance dimensions: texture transformation & sensoriality, application & adherence, finish & color payoff, skin comfort, and shade-mixing performance.
The questionnaire demonstrated strong internal consistency, with Cronbach’s α ranging from 0.8795 to 0.9420 across all five dimensions and an overall α of 0.9774.
● 85% rated color payoff superior to their usual powder makeup: 85.2% rated its pigmentation better than the powder products they commonly use, supporting its high-pigment performance.

● 74% confirmed reliable color wear with high skin comfort: 74.1% agreed the product maintained good color wear, while 77.8% reported comfortable skin feel with no noticeable dryness or tightness.
Overall satisfaction reached 70.4% Top-2 Box, with an average score of 4.0/5.
