This tinted moisturizer creates a lightweight skin tint that can maintain both comfort and lasting skin affinity via its ultra-light oil-in-water emulsion with an innovative elastic gel network to deliver an instantly refreshing sensation. The oil-in-water emulsion minimizes the oil phase to maximize the high-intensity cooling effect. Alongside this is an elastic emollient network, whose balanced combination of emollients optimize glide and skin affinity, for comfortable adhesion without heaviness. Meanwhile, a naturally derived polymer system supports emulsion stability and balanced rheology – or flow – while being lightweight. A water-soluble silicone elastomer network introduced after emulsification builds a soft, elastic gel structure, enhancing spreadability, while the Hydra Tint System sees surface-treated pigments deliver uniform color expression. Ingredients include glycerin to support skin moisture; Sphingomonas ferment extract for skin comfort; and dimethicone and a vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer, a silicone elastomer that contributes to the soft, cushion-like texture and smooth application.
