Biotulin Hydrolon Powder is a stable moisturising powder that allows the formulation of a water-soluble active ingredients, known as Imperata cylindrica as well as Acmella Oleracea Extract and Hyaluron extract and is especially suited for powder make-up applications such as loose powder, blush and eye shadow.
