One Button Dual-Chamber Fresh-Mix System Packaging

A skin care packaging solution that allows the consumer to freshly mix the actives when they first use the product, to maintain the actives’ potency. The dual-chamber packaging places a sealed active powder chamber above a liquid base. When ready to use, the safety ring is removed, the consumer presses the button once to drop the powder into the liquid, shakes to mix, then uses the same button to dispense the freshly mixed product. The fresh mixing keeps unstable actives such as vitamin C sealed and dry until the first use. And at the base of the pack is a detachable cloud-shaped massage plate to elevate the skin care ritual. It can be used to offer a lymphatic massage during application and acts as a stand for the packaging when not in use. When the product is finished, the inner refill can be replaced, so the outer packaging lasts.

Product Innovation
A single button performs two jobs — it both releases the sealed powder chamber and doses the mixed formula, eliminating the twist-and-pump or dual-cap steps common to fresh-mix packs. The base is an applicator, not just a stand: the cloud-shaped plate detaches, delivers a cooling lymphatic-style facial massage, and nests back into the base — turning a bottle into a mini skincare ritual device.

How to use it
Twist and remove the safety transport ring at the collar. Press the top button once — you'll hear/feel the sealed powder drop into the liquid base. Shake the bottle vigorously 10–15 times until fully homogeneous. Press the same button to dispense one dose onto your palm — use morning and evening after toner. Apply to face and neck; detach the cloud massage plate from the base and glide over skin in upward strokes for 1–2 minutes to boost absorption and de-puff. Re-seat the massage plate into the base after use.
