What sets your product apart and why is it innovative?
The Root Reboot series is innovative as it is a range of shampoo which aims to solve different scalp problems and relieve hair loss symptoms at the same time. We believe that solving scalp problems is the first step in tackling hair loss problems. While most hair loss relief shampoo aims at solving hair loss problems for oily scalp we think that all scalp types can face hair loss problems when the scalp is not well and cannot provide a healthy environment for hair growth. With this initial concept, we created the Root Reboot Shampoo scalp care series. Each of the shampoo help tackle different scalp problems. Thus different concept ingredients are added to each shampoo to target individual aspects to improve scalp environment. Each of them is clinically proven to improve specific aspects of scalp problems. With its reasonable price point and smaller size, it can help attract people who are new to hair loss shampoo. In conclusion, we hope this series of shampoos can help promote public awareness of scalp health and help people prevent hair loss problems by taking good care of their scalp.
How do you promote your product on multiple channels?
Offline: As the Root Reboot Series was made to target South East Asian countries we held a product launching event in Indonesia at the Basha Market in Surabaya last July. For the event, we invited KOLs to the Market and gave them special KOL packages to create content and post online. Staff from the Korea head office attended the event and gave a presentation on the series and tips on choosing the right shampoo. There were also various talk shows during the 3 days of the market to educate and promote the importance of scalp and hair care. At the Basha Market, we also set up scalp check machines to offer visitors free scalp check sessions. Further small gathering with nano KOLs was held after the launch.
Online: For influencers that could not attend the Basha Market event, we also sent them PR package for them to try and create social media content. TikTok post collaboration with local hair dryer brand helps us widen our customer base and brand awareness. For year-end promotion, we are planning to create Christmas hampers for selected online channels. Lastly, we have also signed a new KOL to further promote the series.

First of all the Root Reboot Shampoo series should be one of the first series of shampoos aimed at solving different scalp problems while helping to relieve hair loss problems.

Packaging - The colorful packaging of the Root Reboot Series is eye-catching to customers and thus draws attention especially when placed offline. The small colorful package also
Ingredient - Concept ingredients for each shampoo also provides additional marketing points to the series and allow customers to easily remember the difference of each shampoo. The shampoo is also silicone and parabens free with three of them being EVE vegan certified.
Proven results - Each of the Root Reboot Shampoos have been clinically proven to aid in scalp problems such as scalp elasticity, reduce scalp irritation, reduce dead skin cells, and increase in scalp moisture.
